Here you will find all the information regarding the SMGA v.1.
Directories:
	•	Assemblies: Fasta files with all the contigs
	•	GenePrediction: Fasta files with predicted and annotated genes after DRAM
	•	ProteinPreditions: Fasta files with translated proteins of genes after DRAM.
	•	metadataTables: 
			-SMGAv1.0.GenomicTaxonomyMetadata.tsv: Taxonomy and genomic information 
			-Total.SMGA.v.1.0.annotations.tsv: Total annotation for each genomic contig produced by DRAM
	• Tarball: a tar.gz file with all the information of this folder
